This cozy, sunny two-bedroom, one-bath cottage features a screened-in porch, quaint brick back patio, private yard with gas grill, plus air conditioning, dishwasher, and WiFi. There’s a fully-equipped modern kitchen, new bathroom and gas fireplace for any cool fall evening. 

You can park your car in the driveway and not use it again if you like, because it’s a 7-minute walk to beautiful Ogunquit beach, and just a 5-minute walk to all the shops, bars and restaurants in the village. The trolley will take you to Perkins Cove and beyond. 

A short car drive can take you to Kittery, Portsmouth, Kennebunkport, Portland, the famous Nubble Lighthouse and more.

No smoking, no pets. Each bedroom has a double bed. Please provide your own linens. The address is 12 Oak Lane, Ogunquit.
